Is everything done in person?
Yes. Every set is hand-painted on your own nails, in person, one-on-one at my studio, by appointment.
How much do character sets cost?
Full character sets start from $165. Prices depend on your base service, length and how detailed the art is, for example long square French Gel-X with a full Hello Kitty or Ghostface set is typically about $195–245. Upload your reference photos when you book and I'll quote your final price from them.
How do I get an exact price?
Send pictures of what you'd like when you book (up to 6), or on the Design your set page, and add a note. I'll quote your final price from the photos, or we can talk it over by phone.
What if I'm late?
There is a 10-minute grace period, then a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled.
How do fills work?
Fills within 3 weeks are $70, 3–5 weeks are $85, and after 5 weeks it's priced as a new set. Soak-off is $15 for my work and $25 for another tech's work.
How does booking work?
Pick a service and a time on the Book page and secure it with a deposit. You’ll get a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a link to reschedule or cancel.
How do I design my set before my appointment?
Use the Design your set page: tell me the characters and theme, add reference photos, and plan what goes on each nail. I’ll reply within 2–3 business days with a design plan so we can both be ready on the day.
Can you paint my favourite character?
Almost certainly! Tell me the character(s), any outfit or theme (Halloween, holidays, birthday…) and which nails you want them on, and add reference pictures. Character sets are hand-painted fan art for personal wear.
Can you recreate a design I saw online?
Yes — I can recreate a look or use it as a starting point and make it your own. Send as many reference photos as you like.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the service and how much art you want. The booking page shows the time for each service, and detailed art adds time. Upload your reference photos when you book and I'll confirm the time and price.
Do you take deposits?
Yes. A deposit secures your spot and is applied to your total: $30 for most services, and $50 for sets of $150 or more.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel for free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit. After repeat no-shows, full prepayment is required.
What if I don't see a time that works?
Join the waitlist for open appointment slots on the Book page and I’ll email you when new times open up, or message me through the contact page.
What if something chips or lifts after my appointment?
Repairs are free within 5 days of your appointment. After that, repairs are $8 per nail. Please don’t pick at it. See the aftercare page for tips to make your set last.
Can I bring a reference photo to my appointment?
Please send it ahead (on the booking form or Design your set page) so I can plan timing and pricing — complex art may need a longer slot.
